Keep reporting Tom! I love to hear from you and thoroughly enjoy your updates. You write so eloquently and always make me reflect ... take nothing for granted ... so easy to forget how fortunate we are, so easy to complain about what we dont have ... I need a good shake every now and then - thanks for your reminders. I have entered the London to Paris - cycling over 300 miles- in September. I am raising funds for Music Makers. Not quite Tour de France ... but we will be finishing along the same route in Paris (and we're allowed to wear yellow jerseys for the finish ... mine will be worn with your name on!!). Inspiration always x

hi Tom great to meet you when we were in Zim! yes the soccer... Vic was here with the boys (phew...) and she was shouting her head off for Ghana..this morning one of the lady radio hostesses was saying cheating just isn't on so URG went through by default; soccer seems to me to be about lots of theatricals by many of the teams. If you get the chance look up Bernie Siegel on the web....he gave up being a surgeon to go on to more meaningful ways of helping people; mind and body connection. He did a webcast a few days ago. lots of love, Val
